Project Results and Impact Summary

This publication presents the results of FURKAN Gdynia — a project that combined diagnosis of the local food system with the design of locally grounded responses, community education and public-space interventions. The material shows how work on food quality and safety, environmental change and cooperation was translated into concrete outputs: a map of 30 key challenges, a set of 15 good practices, the Food Urban–Rural Ambassadors Network, educational campaigns, workshops and an educational trail installed in public space. It also outlines the project process step by step, maps the key stakeholder groups involved, and highlights the replication potential of the model for other cities and regions working on local food resilience and future food policy.
